Xian Lianyi Rubber Components Co., Ltd. is located in Xian China. It was established in 1992, since then, Lianyi has been growing into one of the largest manufacturers in China for making PHE Gasket, Rubber Snow Chain for cars and TV Anode Cap. These are the products we are specialized in studying, designing and manufacturing, meanwhile, we have developed Liquid Silicone Rubber products such as LSR baby nipples,baby teethers and so on.
Now, we have more than 50 experts and technicians in our R&D department and more than 500 workers in our factory that has 20000m2 of total area including 10000m2 of floor space. Our quality assurance and environment management system have got the approval of ISO9001-2000 authorization. Since the very start of our company we have formed the faith that quality is the way for our life. We wish all the customers served will be our partners on the path of progress and growth.
Lianyi have 9 sets of Liquid Silicone Rubber Injection Molding Machine that were introduced from Germany and Japan. With these advanced facilities and production technology, Lianyi have got the capability for producing and supplying the high technology LSR products. Now we are manufacturing and supplying various Baby Nipples with food grade Liquid Silicone Rubber. We can also produce and supply LSR products according to customers drawings and samples or arranging a production by OEM order.
